Please enclose proper payment (including POSTAGE, as listed below) in either well concealed US cash or a check or money order made to: JOHN PORCELLINO. Do not include subscriptions in your total when figuring for postage, as the subscription rates listed include shipping!
COLORADO RESIDENTS:
Please add sales tax to your total (INCLUDING postage), as follows: Residents of the City and County of Denver add 7.72%; those outside Denver but within "Metropolitan Denver" (ie: the suburbs, including Boulder) please add 4.1%; all other Colorado residents, add just 2.9%. Thanks!PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
